This Privacy Policy describes how 35pixels ("we", "us", or "the Company") handles your information across all games and applications we publish (each, "the App"). It applies to every title we offer unless a specific game provides its own separate policy. By using any of our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Scope

This policy covers all current and future games published by 35pixels, including our hybrid-puzzle and hyper-casual titles. Where an individual game collects data that differs from what is described here, that game will provide a supplemental notice or its own dedicated policy.

2. Information Collection and Use

You can play our Apps without creating an account. If you choose to sign in — for example, to save your progress to the cloud or to appear on a leaderboard — we collect a limited amount of personal information as described below. We also use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

• Account Information: If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address, your name or display name, and a unique account identifier from that provider. We use this only to identify your account, restore your progress across devices, and show your name on leaderboards. We never receive your password.
• Saved Game Data: While you are signed in, we store your progress, in-game currency, items, purchase entitlements, and leaderboard scores on our servers, linked to your account identifier.
• Log Data: In case of an error in an App, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your device called Log Data to help us improve the service.
• Device Identifiers: We may use advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA) to provide personalized advertisements.
• Gameplay & Usage Data: We may collect data such as level progress, session length, and feature usage to improve game balance and performance.

If you play as a guest without signing in, your progress is stored only on your own device and is not sent to our servers.

3. Third-Party Services

Our Apps use third-party services that may collect data according to their own privacy policies. These services may include:

• Google AdMob: Used for providing advertisements.

4. In-App Purchases

All financial transactions are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your credit card numbers, bank account information, or any other financial data. We only receive a confirmation (receipt) from the store to unlock your purchased items.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

6. Account and Data Deletion

We respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your account or any personal information associated with any of our Apps, you may request deletion through the following methods:

For guest users (not logged in), please note that your data is stored locally on your device. You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing the App cache in your device settings.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
