These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all games and applications published by 35pixels ("we", "us", or "the Company"; each game, "the App"). They apply to every title we offer unless a specific game provides its own separate terms. By downloading, accessing, using, or logging in to any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.
These Terms cover all current and future games published by 35pixels, including our hybrid-puzzle and hyper-casual titles. Where an individual game has rules that differ from those described here, that game will provide a supplemental notice or its own dedicated terms.
Our Apps are available worldwide. By downloading, using, or logging in to an App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Our Apps are not intended for children under the age of 13. By using an App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age, or that you are using the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. Where a higher minimum age applies under your local law, you must meet that age (or have verifiable parental consent) to use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our Apps for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:
Our Apps may offer optional in-app purchases, including virtual currency, items, or the removal of advertisements. All transactions are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, and are subject to those stores' terms.
Our Apps may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content of any advertisement or for any products or services offered through them.
You agree to use our Apps in a lawful and respectful manner. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your use of the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.
All content within our Apps — including graphics, characters, audio, code, and trademarks — is owned by 35pixels or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or content outside of normal gameplay.
Our Apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 35pixels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use our Apps.
We may suspend or terminate your access to any App at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends and you must stop using the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of our Apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Your use of our Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
